Submitting a Counter-Notice
If content was removed by mistake, the person who posted it can file a counter-notice under DMCA sections 512(g)(2) and (3). We may restore the content if this happens.
To file a counter-notice, send us an email including:
- The URLs or identifying info of the removed content.
- Your name, address, phone number, email, and a statement saying you consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction and agree to accept legal documents from the original complainant.
- This statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, or that it’s no longer accessible at the URL listed.” - Your digital signature.
